All orders ship from our Shandong, CN warehouse. To ensure proper delivery of your products, please subscribe to the shipping address provided in your order confirmation email promptly.

We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL or Express Mail Service (EMS).
Your Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.

International orders are processed and shipped within 10-15 business days(fast shipping) / 20-25 business days(standard shipping) from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times or local postal service issues.

Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country's customs authorities. These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, we are not liable for delays or loss of packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to initiate an investigation. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of such investigations or reimbursements for lost packages beyond what the carrier's policies allow.

Delivery to Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.
