Thank you for shopping at Cojam guitars. We strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cojamguitars@service.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your items.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at cojamguitars@service.com with your order number and details about the product. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
